Welcome to Olives3D. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Olives3D website and your purchase of products through our online store.

Olives3D operates an online store offering original products, including products manufactured and fulfilled on demand through trusted third-party production and fulfillment partners.

2. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other product information are accurate.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or manufacturing process.
Because some products are made to order, minor variations in appearance, placement, texture, or finish may occur.
Product availability may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout according to the customer's location and applicable tax requirements.
Olives3D reserves the right to correct pricing, product, or tax errors.
If an order was placed because of an obvious technical or pricing error, Olives3D may cancel the order and issue a refund for the amount paid.
4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed, subject to the circumstances described in these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, technical errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.
5. Made-to-Order Production
Many Olives3D products are manufactured after an order is placed.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Production may be handled by trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Olives3D ships to destinations available during checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process when applicable.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, production time, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside Olives3D's direct control.
Tracking information may be provided when available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply before a replacement can be sent.
7. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Olives3D does not control these charges and cannot guarantee that an order will not be subject to them.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because many Olives3D products are made to order, returns, refunds, and exchanges are generally not available simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or no longer wants the product, except where required by applicable law.
This does not affect your legal rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
If there is a problem with your order, contact Olives3D as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and, when requested, photographs showing the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Olives3D (Info@olives3d.com)with your order information.
We may request photographs or additional information to investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Olives3D may provide a replacement, correction, refund, or another appropriate solution.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.
Cancellation requests are therefore not guaranteed once production has started.
If an order can reasonably be cancelled before production begins, Olives3D may cancel the order and provide an applicable refund.
This section does not limit cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law.
